1) Post URL: Enter the url to the specific post you would like to suggest.

2) Blog Name: How you want your blog name to appear (for example, via ChangePerPost)

3) Categories: Choose 1 to 3 categories that you feel are appropriate to the context of your post as they appear on the sidebar of this site. (In addition to choosing the default categories you may also suggest a new category which you feel is more appropriate. If your suggestion is approved your post will appear in the new category as well.)
